Our spacious lobby welcomes you and your visitors to Zvago at Glen Lake. The vaulted ceiling, grand piano, and comfortable seating area are enhanced by a cozy fireplace for chatting with neighbors and friends or reading a good book.

The Glenview is our large community room featuring a fully functioning kitchen, stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils and linens, and complete table settings for 50. A comfortable area with a fireplace is perfect for viewing the large-screen television.

The Wine Nook is an intimate space featuring a wine cooler, high top tables, and pub chairs.

The Lodge offers members and guests many leisure activities, including a pool table, large game table and chairs, electronic game console, popcorn machine, a large-screen television and fireplace. Board games are stored around the corner in the Coffee Nook.

The Coffee Nook is a favorite morning and afternoon meeting spot for members to share a cup of coffee and conversation. A large-screen television and fireplace add to the cozy space.

The Innovation Hub’s conference table makes it ideal for conducting business meetings for members and colleagues.

The Fitness Center supports members’ strengthening activities with treadmills, stationary bicycles, elliptical trainer, training floor, stretching table, bench, sets of weights and Kettlebells, Bosus, a media player and large-screen televisions.

The Business Center includes a color copier/printer and various office supplies for residents’ use. A bulletin board announces events and important messages. Our Community Living Manager’s office is conveniently located next door. US mailboxes and package delivery area are only a few steps away.

Our temperature-controlled underground parking garage is a favorite amenity. One space is included in your monthly payment. A second space may be available for an additional cost. Storage lockers, located in the garage and on each floor of the building, are available for rent.

Two outdoor decks, comfortable furniture, gas grill and lower level fire pit with Adirondack chairs provide ample opportunities for enjoying views of Kinsel Park and Glen Lake’s flora and fauna against a backdrop of exquisite seasonal changes.

The Makers’ Space is a craft and hobby workroom with tools, storage and work tables to spread out your projects and work comfortably.
